Coaching is one of the best investments that a grantee school site can make to ensure that the EISS program and professional development  training content and strategies are implemented in the classroom and schoolwide.  EISS provides customized support for each grantee school site to help with the implementation of the EISS program and to aid in reaching their individual goals.  Coaching is a requirement for Year II of the Early Intervention for School Success (EISS) grant, but because it is highly effective, many school sites build coaching into their plan starting in Year I.

Coaching is provided by EISS State Certified Trainers and Coaches.  These highly trained specialists will provide interactive support and trainings, hands-on experiences, and meaningful dialogue opportunities.  Coaching is available to individuals, small groups, grade levels or complete EISS teams to best meet your unique needs and to ensure the path toward sustainability, success, and teacher efficacy.
